Terms and Conditions

Customers using any part of this website are bound by the following Terms and Conditions.

 

PAYMENT:

All prices are quoted and are inclusive of VAT, unless otherwise specified.

Postage and packing prices will be charged in addition to the price of any goods.

Online payment will be provided in a secure environment. Snug by SJ retains ownership of the goods until full payment has been made by the customer and the funds have been cleared.

 

DELIVERY:

Delivery times will vary depending on the destination. Upon purchase we will provide you with a delivery cost quotation. Any products not available at the time of your order will be sent, as soon as possible when production of the products is complete.

 

DAMAGED/REJECTED GOODS:

The Customer must inspect the goods within a reasonable time after their receipt and are deemed to have accepted the goods unless the Customer notifies Snug by SJ  that the goods are rejected within 7 days after their receipt. (This does not affect the customer’s statutory rights). If no such action has been taken, Snug by SJ will consider the products as being of satisfactory quality to the customer and fit for their purposes, and may not accept any rejections at a later date.  Where goods purchased from this website have been received damaged, a refund/exchange application will only be acknowledged if the goods are sent back together with their original packaging within 7 days of receipt to Snug by SJ, Unit 9, Bandon Retail Park, Bandon Co. Cork, Ireland.

 

RETURNS PROCEDURE:

The Customer must send all returns within 7 days of receipt to: Snug by SJ, Unit 9, Bandon Retail Park, Bandon Co. Cork, Ireland. Where the rejection of the goods is due to a defect or discrepancy in the order, the Customer is entitled to a full refund or replacement. The card used for the purchase will be credited with the original purchase and delivery costs. The faulty or damaged product must be returned to Snug by SJ before the refund or replacement can be issued. When returning items you are advised to obtain proof of posting. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.

 

CANCELLATIONS:

Cancellations are only accepted before the order has been dispatched. If the order has been dispatched prior to the cancellation, the order will be considered valid and the Customer will remain liable for the full payment. Cancellations can be made with Snug by SJ by email:

PRIVACY POLICY:

While you are using this site, and during the ordering process, any information and data collected from you will be used solely for the purpose of processing you order and improving our service to you. We will never sell on or disclose information to any third party whatsoever. Any information passed through this website is passed through a secure connection on the internet. If a customer wishes for their information to be removed from our database, this should be requested in writing to Snug by SJ, Unit 9, Bandon Retail Park, Bandon Co. Cork, Ireland.

 

LAW:

The terms of use shall be governed by and construed fully in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ireland. Any person attempting to make fraudulent credit card transactions will be prosecuted with no exception.
